I haven't done any watercolour work for over 18 months, but I'd run out of canvasses - so I used a spare couple of hours to paint some horse chestnut leaves and flowers inspired by a photo I took on one of my lockdown walks in Spring 2020. As well as my paintbox, I used a black watercolour brush pen and watercolour pencils. Although I love flowers and trees, I don't have the patience for very detailed work!
