Thank you Jim, I would like to say my old style will continue to dominate it’s taken me too long to cultivate to abandon and I may well tackle this subject using my usual approach.

Experimenting with techniques to give the effect of texture in my watercolours. I have used salt ,splatter, with paint and clean water, drawn in with pencils and towards the end I have used dry bush and waterproof ink. The subject is from an photo I took near the church at Long Melford.
