One of my favourites too Alan. All nicely focused with that triangle shape over the focal point.

Another great sky, with beautiful glimpses of light.

Great Alan. Really like this 👍🏻

Remember visiting Freshwater Bay quite a few years ago, the colours are great, love that pink in the sky.

Your palette is instantly recognisable and never fails.

nice work Alan and im the same its in the way get rid of it and to use your motto keep it simple as you have done here so effectively

Bags of atmosphere here Alan, super oil painting :)

This is very impressive Alan

Magic painting, Alan!

Powerful colours in this Alan and I like the pink in the sky.

I'm always pleasantly surprised by the depth and amount of comments that I get on my work, it is so greatly appreciated.

A wonderful sky again Alan. Beautifully painted

Absolutely fantastic again Alan! The sky is extraordinary and the light hitting the coastline is so effective and beautiful.

This is exciting Alan....the colours, the movement in the brush strokes...and that light...perfect!

Great atmosphere Alan , it's those colours...

Wonderful sky, lovely touches of light, and I did chuckle at your comment about walking on water.

Thank you again and I'm glad you liked my joke Sandra, I thought it had gone unnoticed.

Gorgeous, Alan.

That palette again, fabulous. This works so well on an abstract level too Alan, great shapes.

Superb light on land Alan, beautiful sky as a,ways.

Once again Alan the colours, light and drama are quite magical. The use of pink is wonderful.

Beautiful sky, Alan....and there is lots of movement in the rendering of the water.

Oil on gessoed MDF 20 x 20in. Continuing my IOW theme, seascapes don't get any more simpler than this, the Military road runs along the coast to one of my favourite spots, Freshwater Bay. I've cut off the land and road where the photo was taken, It just didn't need it, (that's just in case you think I can walk on water which I can't...yet!).
