Thank you all, this place means so much to me. Most of it was done with a palette knife, and all completed well within a couple of hours, I wanted that really loose expressionist feel to it and not overworked.<br /><br />The small white areas in the distance is the village and the residents houses, and of course quite a few villa&#39;s creeping up the mountain.<br /><br />I will be getting this one framed when it&#39;s dry and it will be hanging in my lounge, which is more like a gallery, and not only my work, many other artist&#39;s also, but that&#39;s how I like it to look.

Nice one Alan, love the colours and the feeling of recession really gives a touch of majesty to the landscape, really like how you have made the buildings a focal point without them overpowering the painting your eyes still follow the fields to the mountain, really like it.
