Its nice to see your simple outlay of your paintings Alan, it definitely shows that you don't need to go into too much detail at first, all this is being observed!!!

Plein air rapid watercolour sketch 7.5 x 11in. This is the sketch that I worked from on my last oil posting, Robert expressed an interest in seeing it, so I’ve obliged. The majority of my outdoor work is simple brush strokes with little detail, they can occasionally be useful for later studio paintings.
