Thank you Colin. A gel pen sketch cat caught in the light, inspired by b&w photos I have spent time looking at. H
Lovely couple of watercolours S & P.  Glad I'm not the only one to rewet the palette and reuse.

That's quite beautiful Paul
Thank you George . I have to thank the photographer's who inspired me in the first place b&w photos are really quite beautiful when you look at them properly.
Have to say the gel pen sketch of the black cat is very effective Paul. I have never tried them but they do look tempting!
I love the gel pen drawings, I did a similar one of a horse very satisfying effect .on the black paper.  I also re-wet my palette, hate to waste paint. Only just back into the “groove” so no sketch from me today, maybe later…………..

Nice cat Paul..I've been doodling while watching TV..ropes and pulleys.
Wonderful old rope Bari. To my amazement I have just exchanged a painting for money, though you might consider it it old rope.  It was my gannet painting with polyfiller.  I will be donating the money to charity as I really don’t want to do tax returns.  Someone found it browsing this site, even more amazing.  Has anyone else sold anything from this site?
Brilliant you .
Nice rope work Bari. I was asked if I could do a grim reaper, not my sort of thing but I did this quick sketch, I did the whole skull, then did the cape over it just for a bit of practice. He looks rather jolly at the moment, like he's bagged a few bargains in the sales before Xmas. Obviously I will sketch a lot more to get that menacing look I feel a grim reaper needs before trying to paint one. This fellow looks like he'll be leaving cookies out for Santa.
