Please, please can we have back the number of views our artwork has received as this has been dropped from the new website - hopefully others agree!?
There doesn't appear to be 'Latest' post facility here in the forum on my screen.

Lesley Hardy on 19/09/2019 12:49:37I totally agree with you heather, it has been very useful please please reinstate painters on line,.  I'm struggling around the forum to get latest pole so it would be useful to add that too,
First, congratulations to all the POL team on the splendid re-launch with all the new features!  However, I agree with Heather that the 'number of views' was an interesting and very useful feature, please re-instate.  Also please look at 'search for artist' -very confusing when all the members with that first letter come up.  Finally, I was amazed to see all my failed uploads confronting me (.....from when I was learning to upload the right way up! ) I tried to address this, but the 'remove' button would not work.  Anyone know how to do that? A BIG thank you in advance.
I, too, was unable to see the number of likes and views when I logged in from my iPad this morning, but they are there when I view from my PC!  It appears that iPads, for whatever reason don't show this, although mine is on an old version of the operating system, so maybe that's the problem.  I have mentioned it to Dawn, so will wait to see her response.
I've been told they have dropped this from the site update - real shame - if enough of us want it, hopefully they will reintroduce!
Please can you email me with any bugs or glitches and I will log them with the technicians! [email protected]
Only just got the email informing me POL was back on line.  Amazed to see the amount of new stuff in the Gallery already. I think the new site is good, and easy to find your way about.   Early days yet, no doubt a few things will be ironed out.   When I access my art, I see the previous most viewed items feature (Five in total...along with the number of views) has gone!  That's sad.   I liked it.  Previously, clicking on an image in your own gallery took you to the main gallery with the comments/likes on your painting.  I thought that was very good.  Now clicking on an image in 'My Art' just takes you to an 'edit' feature...no comments, no likes.  In fact, short of grinding through the gallery pages, the only way I've found of extracting one of my previous postings complete with comments, is when I'VE thanking people for their comments...clicking that comment on that takes you to your image and it's comments.  These two methods are both very long-winded compared to the effortless method in force previously. Somewhere, someone commented on file size when posted pictures...the Submit Art box tells you it's 6MB. So...impressed with the new site.  Dislike a couple of minor things (as above).  My personal jury is still out on the FOR SALE option.   Many will LOVE it.  Will the gallery be swamped with 'for sale' stuff.  Images already flew through the gallery at a terrific rate of Knots...is it going to be worse?  Time will tell. Great job POL.  I'm just grateful a site like this exists...that's me speaking from my 'Hobbyist' or Leisure painter platform. Lew.
Just had a look at the gallery.  Somebody has just posted six paintings, the previous limit was 4.  Is that how it's going to be? (Sorry, make that SEVEN...I can't count).
I hope not Lew, but it’s possible that the limit has been lifted. This won’t be Dawn, more like the web designers. I’ll have a word in the morning and see what Dawn makes of it. But I expect it’s yet another glitch in the system. Let’s see!

Hi, Lewis. Thanks for the pointer, I'll have a look next time I post an image. My file size, which raised the error, was 4MB so should have worked. Has been reported via Dawn.
