Not an easy challenge on these dark and wet days, but this composition works well Rachel. Sometimes less is better…

Wet, bleak morning and everything was grey and drizzling- but really felt like painting. Made the most of an fairly uninspiring view - adding the tracks leading the eye in and used it as an exercise attempting to push boundaries. I find I learn the most with these sorts of paintings. Wet and cold!!
