How lovely and what a view and what a wonderful painting Brian

Lovely tranquil scene, so well painted Brian.

Super piece of work.

Beautifully painted. Feel like in there, you have the detailing spot on not to much but enough to tell the story.

Beautifully painted.

Outstanding!

A lovely watercolour Brian.

An absolute delight Brian. Superb feeling of sunshine and wonderful shadows.

So good and beautiful, especially the house, such a joy to look at it. Bravo!

Great painting Brian.

This is superb - you've captured a real sense of the place.

Terrific painting Brian, the light you've captured is just superb.

Your painting makes me want to take a big deep breath Brian! Beautifully handled.

What a view! and beautifully painted.

Just beautiful!

Thanks so much for your encouraging comments Heather. It surely was Stephen, so much so I’ve booked to go again in 2026. Thanks Lewis, I think I just about achieved what I’d set out to do. Thanks Paul there’s no better compliment than you feeling you were in the location. Thank you so much Lynda, Tessa & Andrew. I appreciate your comments. Thanks Carole, it was a very bright day & I had to resist putting the shadows in too deep. I appreciate your generous comments Frederico, Stephen & Bobby. Me too Fiona a great view to greet you each morning. Absolutely Christine & Karen, I just couldn’t help myself, I had to try & capture it in watercolour.

Gorgeous painting Brian, places me right back there.

Thank you Willie, if I’ve been able to transport you back there I’m delighted.

Well I’m a little late in adding my comment Brian but I couldn’t not - it’s such a lovely painting, so clear and fresh. You’re an expert with your washes too!

Gosh Marjorie thank you. I’ll take that, I’ve never been described as expert at anything.

Beautifully tranquil

It left me so inspired when I got home I simply had to get out the watercolours & paint it just so I can re-live it when I choose. Hope I’ve done it justice.
