Ha! I often wonder why everything closes at five at Clumber - can see why now! Very good drawing too,,,

A fun drawing Martin. I have no real interest in Halloween, but like drawing witches and their cats, some great ones here.

What fun, Martin!! You have used great colours too!

Wonderfully spooky, I really like how you've painted this

Good drawing Martin and very atmospheric!

I also have no interest in Halloween, but you’ve captured subtlety and atmosphere here in a very good painting. If all Halloween paintings were like this, maybe I could be persuaded!

Great Martin. Good artwork that made me smile. Thank you.

You are too kind my POL Pals. I actually sketched this on a dour and rainy July day and it was a bit off and a bit bland so I tried to liven it up with colour and characters. Glad it raised an odd smile. Having tried microscopic witches I might try some bigger ones. I’ve a long way to go to get anything as rich as your characters though Lew!

It certainly has that right atmosphere Martin.

Brilliant Martin! I’m not a fan of the modern idea of Halloween but I can get lost in the thoughts of thin veils between the living, and old souls. Anything mysterious and darrrrrkkkkk, sparks an interest…😈🧙‍♀️ I love your idea and painting.

Very Halloween Martin!

I love thé scratchiness of this and the colours and the witches of course.

Witches, broomsticks and black cats, a super Halloween sketch Martin.

An interesting scene, Martin. Your colour pallet adds to the mystic of it all :) Sarah's comment made me smile.

This is tremendous. I love the colours and it reminds me of a favourite book illustration from my childhood

Loving this Martin

It’s a case of looking out for low flying witches! A great drawing Martin! Such fun!

Lovely to receive your valued comments everyone. Thank you. They do cheer me on no end
