The three domed BC Legislature building, located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, was completed in 1897 and formally opened in 1898. It is in the Renaissance style and is constructed with granite. The painting is 9 inches by 5 inches. watercolour paints, and water-soluble graphite crayons, were used in the painting of the Legislature. The figures were introduced to give some scaling.
