These three old doorways are so very typical of Gozo. I just wish they would be renovated in the old style, instead of being pulled down and replaced by Lego type ugliness! This was drawn quickly with soluble graphite, as it was a really dangerous place to stand. I joked with a passing traffic warden not to put a ticket on me, he laughed and proceeded to try to find me somewhere safer, but I had to give up! I did a little more work with liquid graphite and a brush later. Going to work it up this morning into a small oil!
