Another heat soaked memory. I mostly recall Malta with it's lovely villages and narrow roads with barely room for one car. I went to Gozo a few times. The cats come rushing back into my memory too, we were in a barracks at Imtarfa (think that's right), a few cats adopted us...they knew where they could get some snacks.

Yes Mtarfa is still very pretty, and one of the very few open spaces left...too many high rise buildings and cars in both Malta and Gozo, much changed for the worst, I'm sorry to say!
