I like the whole effect here, Thalia. So much to look at. The texture and the light give it an excitement- yes, it certainly has abstract qualities.

I took a photo of old fishing boats in Mgarr Harbour with their huge white floats reflecing in the water, then I decided to place some traditional luzzus in the foreground. It was really exciting to paint. Almost an abstract! It took quite some time to get everything working in the picture!
