Great composition, I love the way you have graduated the rocks leading the eye around the shore, really like this Thalia.

Thank you Carole, it actually took ages to work out where everything was to be placed for the best effect!

I've no issues with good old artist's licence Thalia, we have to use all the tools at our disposal. Another cracker in your great style.

Love the colours of the rocks, Thalia

love your style Thalia

The composition works well here Thalia, a personal viewpoint but Infind the rocks a little strong, others will disagree, that's the joy of art!

Good result for sketching....but what is posidonia?

Thank you very much, Alan, yeah...artistic license...where would we be without it!!! Thanks Seth, i tried hard to get the colours accurate, thanks, David, very much. Thanks, Stephen, some are very strongly coloured, especially when wet, thanks, Derek, posidonia is sea grass, a protected sea plant that grows in huge meadows here, It's washed up on the shore line during our many storms, and regrows over the summer as it is a perenial plant

So colourful and different - like it, Thalia

Thank you, Maureen, that's kind of you

The colours in the stones and rocks look wonderful Thalia. I'm glad you explained what posidonia is as I didn't have a clue!!

Love this :)

Slight artistic license with this as the big rock at the top is actually further to the left, out of the picture! This is a watercolour painted from the sketches I did last week. I wanted to get the idea of gently swirling water movement around the rocks and dead posidonia from the winter storms.
