I like this, Thalia. Vigorously painted, and I'm wondering what's splashed into the water.

Unusual, eye caching and alive Thalia. Great stuff.

A beauty Thalia and I bet your sketches can produce many more

Lovely colours Thalia, 😃

Lovely, Thalia. Spent nice holiday in Fowey.

Beautiful bold colours Thalia, I love the splashes of red.

Very beautiful Thalia, such a lovely place to have lived.

It was me, Lewis....diving in to launch our boat!!! LOL. No, I just felt it needed light in that corner, reflecting the house. The river is very fast running, it is one of our deepest natural harbours in UK, so the tides can be exceptionally high and low and fast running, especially on spring tides. Thank you, Jim, Dennis, Linda, Seth, Ellen and Carole. Yes, every harbour scene should have flashed of red, I have a few paintings on my wall that were painted plein air in Cornwall. Maybe I should put them on POL.

Beautiful view, Thalia, wonderful colours and reflections.

You are lucky Thalia, to move from one beautiful place to another! This is gorgeous! Fowey is such a lovely place, reminds me of holidays spent there.

A lovely place,beautifully painted, Thalia

As always Thalia your vivid colours are very good and bold.

Great. I can see the water disappearing down the weir.

Thank you very much Cesare, Margaret, Pat, Richard, and Gudrun. I'm never sure whether my colours are OTT!!!

Not OTT Thalia, bold and beautiful.

That’s so Cornish. The movement in the water is excellent

A super piece Thalia, those colours are gorgeous. I see you do my trick - scratch out the fine ropes etc.

A workshop picture from a few months ago. This was painted from a photo I took by the Bodinick Ferry when we still lived in Cornwall. I have numerous sketches and paintings of Fowey and surrounding areas.
