It's amazing how the wind whipped the snow around and this shows it off so well Sylvia. Good work😀

Looking carefully I can see all those little touches of colour. Your recognisable style Sylvia. It's been raining here today and the temperature is up so the white stuff might soon disappear.

All gone here too Sylvia. I like the way you have depicted the effect of the swirling winds having shaped the snow, a really delightful drawing.

What a beautiful, spontaneous drawing, Sylvia. Great.

you are very lucky to have such a view, to be able to paint the same view through the seasons love the monotone well done Sylvia

Thank you everyone for looking and commenting . Possibly the only good thing to come out of this extreme weather are some of the lovely scenes . Unless you are a child and then it’s all wonderful.

Lovely sketch Sylvia, captured beautifully in monochrome. Where I live it wasn't to bad, but around Ruthin and Denbigh you had a fair dollop to contend with....you made the most of it though.

Love your panoramic formats Sylvia, beautifully portrayed overhanging snow drifts with marvellous hints of colour in shadow. Your signature squiggly trees atop this lively scene. Rain has taken away the bulk of our snow thank heavens.

Andre and Carole yes it’s been quite a week. And yes Andre I think we were singled out for the Big Boy stuff . Thanks both of you .

A good painting portrays the snow drifts really well 😀

Beautiful, spontaneous, but do hope that snow melts soon.

Linda and Sandra thanks.. have just done what I call the doggy round just over a mile of uphill and down hill walk . It top lanes are still dramatic but it’s now slushy and wet underfoot . PoorSqueak dog has just had to be showered , she was FILTHY .

Super subtle colours !

Thanks Richard 😊

Love the swirls. Just right. Great sketch. Again you braved the cold for us.

These snow drifts are bordering the lane where I live, some of them almost as high as the sign posts . Coloured pencil in my Moleskine sketch book.
