TREBOTH ARUM LILLIES
Yesterday I went with the north Wales Urban sketchers...we have been going almost a year now. We went to Treborth which is affiliated to Bangor University. Lovely position on the banks of the Menai Straits . Sunny but cold. So I found my self a nice little spec in one of the glass houses. This was my last sketch of the day, I did it in pen in fifteen minutes. I have just added colour. water colour and a bit of coloured pencil . Usually you find these flowers almost growing wild in European readiness for Easter. So it was a delight to jump the gun by a few weeks.
