Wow, your story is touching 😊 I didn’t get permission yet to keep Silkies, can you imagine how long the agency is holding me back for!? It's 3 weeks, and not answer whatsoever 😕 I'm guessing they won't grant it at all, but why they keep me waiting for this long? Your painting is so detailed, thus so engaging! Thank you every one for enjoying my eggs.. Fiona I'm finding it a learning curve. And the eggs are quite prolific now. I make lemon curd for friends and family so they are being well used.

Acrylic on canvas board 40 cm x 40cm. Having recently acquired two small hens they have started to lay eggs....no yolk So couldn't resist painting their first efforts. One is Florence and one is May. Named after my mum and my grand mother..
