Michale is is so beautifully painted, the detailing on the ship and carts etc is excellent. I particularly like the reflections of the ships bow and on the sand plus the light on the water on the left by the harbour wall.

Superb job Michael. Hat off to you, it's beautiful.

I really like this Michael a beautiful, fine painting

Superbly painted.

This is a stunner of a painting Michael in every way

Captured the atmosphere very well, interest wherever you look. One of those paintings that can be enjoyed over and over again.

This is so beautifully painted Michael with such interesting details to feast upon. Love the way the light shines on the boat and the distant background.

A stunning painting Michael.

24 x 16 inches on board. The history of UK marine art is full of images of this type. E W Cooke a hero of mine made fine fist of similar scenes in Holland. This was painted for relaxation. I am an unashamed traditional painter and find huge satisfaction in creating images like this. I do hope you enjoy the end result.
