Hello Satu. What did you use for this painting, watercolour, oil, or something else? I see that on your gallery there is another painting done in a similar way of a little bird and branches. This type of work really appeals to me and i would love to try it even though i am new to art. Does it have a descriptive name for the technique?

Hello Anne! I used acrylics ( heavy body), a Lino print roller, a big palette knife and a brush. A 6 mm MDF board gessoed three times front and back because then it can take the energetic treatment. This kind of work demands quite a lot of paint, it's very messy but ah, such fun and liberating.
