Hang on Studio Wall

This morning I was going to do a simple still life in half an hour. Later I gave myself another thirty minutes... The apple had transformed into a plum which looked anaemic and dry. I gave up. An hour ago I put it under the tap to take off the excess paint, squeezed fresh ones on my palette and using my fingers spread the paints around. It's not exactly what I was after but will do.
