Summer Shade, the River

Excellent river bank oil painting Robert, a moment in time captured perfectly, you have shown the banks with their vegetation and old fencing so well

I think this is my favourite of your three small oils, probably with the river adding something to focus on. However, all three have been well executed on such a small scale.

Another excellent piece. The foreground on the right is superb. It adds a lot of depth and perspective.

Robert I have just been looking at some of your paintings and I like this one very much. It makes me want to sit on the river bank and let the world go by.
