Thanks Sylvia, I found this style quite relaxing to do. I should of said that this is mixed media, a combination of oil pastel, acrylic and pen with some scratching out.

A wonderful eastern feel to this and the colour combos fantastic. The glass really catches the eye in this ,unusual but lovely piece.

We had a demo at our Art Club this week by the Scottish painter Nikki Monaghan which I thoroughly I enjoyed so I thought I'd give her naive style a try. I enjoyed doing this as I didn't feel under any pressure to get it "right". Part of the design is done by scratching out but it doesn't show up very well in the photo. thanks for looking :)
