Yes Fiona, you can get blue merles and red merles and out of the six collies I've been fortunate to have over the years four have been blue merles with the one blue eye, my very favourite :) Unfortunately this handsome chap isn't mine but one very much like him lives not too far away, I'm considering a bit of dognapping LOL
