Hi Pat, Found you at last, like this piece the best! Keep the painting going and keep experimenting to find a technique that suits you. If you love your work then there is a good chance someone else will too! You talk about the wide variation in prices that you have come across, I think this is about confidence and whether or not your work sells. If you have been lucky enough to sell a piece or two then I guess your reputation starts to go before you and therefore people will want to purchase your stuff. I must say that I do not paint for commercial reasons more to please myself, I have my own simple website which I published almost a year ago this can be useful in raising awareness of your existence. Hopefully this is starting to pay off as I have received interest from a branding company to purchase the image rights of one of my paintings. Anyway good luck for the future and please do try out Artquid, mainly French, but wow are they passionate!
