I agree with Dixie, excellent, Denise. It doesn't matter about the language its what you see and gain from the process of watching. You have observed well. A lovely movement and colour pallet.

I've been practising some Chinese brushwork this evening. I found a video, there was no talking, it was Chinese but I carefully watched how the brush was used to create the fish. It was just the one fish on the video so I decided to do a few to practice more. The body and tail of the fish is done in just three brush strokes then you go in with fins and detail. I really enjoyed this bit of practice. I don't know who made the video because it was in Chinese. Ink on rice paper.
