All proportions are accurate Denise and that makes for an excellent drawing.

Once seen, never forgotten! The model that we all remember… You’re achieving some good modelling in the face, I’m not seeing any hard edges, we don’t want any hard single line edges so that’s good! Tonally, you could go a touch darker, and a few less smudged areas, visible hatched pencil marks are fine to leave on show… hatched, not cross-hatched which look dreadful. I have to mention the remaining upper body… work on those hard single line edges, look at some of Jiri’s work if you aren’t sure about it. Definitely some progress being made, and you’re gaining confidence by the day!

Thanks very much Russell, Heather, Shaun, Alan, Christine and Cheryl. Definitely Alan and I do need to leave myself a bit more time towards the end of the session to concentrate on these particular areas a bit more.
