Terrific painting Helen, love those hands and the detail of the Hohner. I also love the idea of your gran’s group playing in nursing homes, how wonderful! Music is so important especially in that scenario.

50cm square acrylic on stretch canvas. My brothers hands playing the button accordion which used to belong to my grandmother. She used to have a band with other pensioners, and they would go around nursing homes performing old songs.
