I visited a friend who lives closeby and I took a few photos looking back as we walked towards Monsal Head. This was at the end of February 2019 when it was unseasonally warm and bright. I have tried to capture the warm purple haze there was over the woodland area and highlight the complex of buildings in the Dale. Not sure if the brightness against the sleeping winter atmosphere has worked. After I finished this version I put a wash of Cerulean Blue Hue over the woodland in the background to dull down the patchwork of light I seemed to have developed by a quick random mix of colours over the area and may load this later as'Version 2'.
