PS. As it happens so often, the posted drawing is not sharp at all. Enlarging it may give a better idea.

It's a good drawing Mia. As well as the water, I like the way you've just indicated all the foliage and then added more detail to the foreground.

It's a pity the picture hasn't posted better Mia, when I enlarge it, the whole thing turns bright blue!

Great waterfall Mia, love the foreground.

I like the textural drawing and those rocks definitely look heavy!!! I would love to see it given your pen and wash treatment! Definitely has Mia magical skill to it:)

Wonderful subject Mia x

A very vibrant piece, Mia - you've depicted the turbulence of the falls superbly.

Thank you all so very much for your positive comments. It is a pitty I can't post the noise of the masses of water coming down! Debs, on my Mac the picture is the right colour (black and white), it is only not as sharp as the photo in my iPhoto programme before posting it here.

The image is much sharper (black and white) when I enlarge it Mia!

Thank you very much, Louise. I appreciate!

I like the way you have depicted the trees Mia, a very lovely piece of work.

Thank you very much, Val.

Looking through my photo album of our annual walking holidays in the Oetztal (Tirol - Austria), I saw this picture of the highest waterfall of Tirol (159m). There is a path on the other side where you can climb high up to watch it: beautiful. I hope I was able to give an idea of the impressive quantity of water rushing down. All comments are very welcome :) Mia
