Oh, you are all so kind! Thank you very much for your lovely comments and your good wishes. This morning before opening, I took a picture of the outside of the building. I had to be quick to avoid too many people on it! I will tell you more about the building while posting it.

Thanks Satu and Tony, for your nice comments. Today it was as hot as yesterday, but luckely without the thousands of day-trippers (see my Blog: "200,000 day-trippers). I had about 60 visitors and a lot of very positive comments. Many came and had a nice chat with me, telling they loved my work, others went in and out in a flash (not their kind of stuff, I suppose). I sold some cards, but no paintings yet. It is only the third day of 16, so I am not disappointed (yet!). I know the selling of my cards will be enough to cover the rent of the Hall, so every painting sold is a profit!

Your paintings are so well presented in this lovely old building. Hope you are getting lots of sales.
