Different offering today Mia, but just as good.

Very different Mia, really like it. Excellent.

Good one Mia

Spectacular castle Mia, beautifully done.

Love this Mia.

Strong line drawing and good perspective Mia. I feel that you could afford to go much stronger on the shadows on the building, as well as the right side of the rocks which would help break up that large mass. Neutral tint is such a useful tone, have you looked at the line and wash drawings by Rowland Hilder?

Great work Mia as usual

Thank you all very much for your positive comments. Yes, Alan, deeper shadows would add to the depth of the drawing. Thank you for the tip. I am familiar with the name of Rowland Hilder but I will look him up again because it was some time ago someone else suggested that to me too. Thanks.

Thank you very much Sarah.

Great, you’ll be inspired by his work Mia. Don’t forget cast shadows on the building also, there’s a great opportunity here to really go to town!

Really good Mia, interesting work as always.

Thank you very much Alan and Carole.

I am impressed by your drawing Mia.

Thank you very much, Diane.

A few years ago, my youngest daughter visited the Czech republic and brought me a picture of the old castle at Loket. I tried to reproduce the immense rock with the castle on top. I used Chinese ink with wash of Neutral tint (Rembrandt). All comments are very welcome :) Mia
