Really super Mia! I usually don't like Ikebana arrangements, but you have made this one look really spectacular in your drawing.

This is really beautiful, Mia. Congraduations! I just found out that you are one of the winners of the post card competitions.

A lovely pen and wash study, and may I add my congratulations for being a well deserved prize winner in the post card competition,

Wonderful shapes and tonal contrast - it works really well.

Another beauty...I never tire of your work. Very well done.

It is so beautiful Mia. I always fall in love with your designs.

A beautifully detailed drawing Mia. Had to have a close up look at this.

Thank you all so very, very much for your comments and congratulations. Your compliments are such a positive boost. Winning a prize in a competition in the "home-land" of watercolour painting means so much to me.

Mia such a good detailed drawning well done for competition win :)LINDA

Wonderful detailed work, I really enjoyed looking at the enlrged version.

Thank you Linda and Lesley. I appreciate your positive comments very much. Thanks also for the congratulations on the competition win.

So delicate and so beautifully done. You have mastered the art of picking a item, flower or small subject and placing it in the centre of lovely white paper. This technique works so well.

Thank you very much, Thea and Dominique. I am very glad about with comments.

A pen and wash of a flower arrangement, inspired by the Japanese Ikebana. I used a waterproof marker and Neutral tint watercolour. The arrangement is in the entrance hall of my youngest daughter's house.
