Beautiful study, like the monochrome, really effective!

That's lovely, Mia. It's making me want to dash out and buy some colored ink.

What a lovely pen and wash piece Mia! And that willow is just a great focus point! Love it!

It’s a lovely piece Mia.

Great Mia.

Love this one Mia - fabulous drawing.

Love the tree with the different washes and penwork, lovely composition , Mia.

Love the typical shape of the willow, it amazes me how hard you can cut back a willow then all the new shoots emerge in next to no time, our neighbors have one that was pruned back hard last year and now it's ready to come into leaf again, you have caught the lovely gnarled look brilliantly 😀

Beautifully drawn Mia. Great composition.

Lovely composition and perspective Mia.

Hi, Mia, I hope you are well, you haven't posted anything since march. Looking forwards to seeing your great work again. Take care. Annick.

Thank you for asking, Annick. No, I haven't been well for the last months: disc problems in my neck. I am now going to the pain clinic for injections and hope to be posting again in the coming weeks.
