PS. This by the way is a new drawing, not from a few years ago.

This is lovely Mia and it probably depicts Halloween better than the horror pictures.

love this one Mia, tells a story in itself

Very nicely done Mia. She looks like a nice witch to me.

A nice take on Halloween Mia and a good drawing as well!

This is lovely Mia and yes, much more suitable subject for Halloween. I love the addition of the pumpkin. Thank you for joining in. Perhaps we should have another challenge?! Witches?

Thank you very much Linda, David, Michael, Louise and Fiona for your positive comments. Thinking of Halloween, I always connect it with witches. So, why not a new challenge, Fiona?

This is a charming witch Mia, great painting.

Thank you for your lovely comment, Margaret.

Great little character Mia, this challenge could run a while.

This is lovely, Mia but she looks as though she is a sad witch, is she crying? May be she can't remember her spells!!

Thanks Alan. Yes, Jennifer, I think she is a bit lonely and you are right about the spells. Thank you for the lovely comment.

She's really cute sitting on a mushroom, looks a bit lonely too. Great drawing Mia!

Aww a sad witch, good illustration for a child's book Mia.

Thank you Satu and Carole for your encouraging comments. Much appreciated.

This is beautiful and very evocative of a sulking witch.

Many thanks, Gudrun.

I love the delicacy of your work Mia - beautiful.

Lovely drawing Mia but I do feel sorry for the poor witch she looks so upset about something :)

A good illustration for your book!

Thank you very much Adele, Val and Maureen for taking the time to post such positive comments.

A few years ago, I made a series of witch drawings for my grandchildren. Today I want to take part in Fiona's Challenge. Not with a horror picture but what is also Halloween overhere: witches. I used Inktense watercolour pencils. Size: A4. All comments are very welcome.
