Yesterday my good lady and I went for a walk in Grass Wood, an area of ancient woodland near Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. Deep inside the wood on top of a knoll are the remains of a small Iron Age defended enclosure - a quite mysterious and haunting location. Mixed media - pen and ink, wash, wax resist and oil pastel.
