Beady eyes and lovely little hands, and the colouring works very well indeed.

An endearing subject well presented, Marjorie.

Very nice. Like the face. Great colours

This is so good!

It’s a superb piece Marjorie, beautifully done.

What a sweet little mouse. Well done.

This little chap stands out so well, his hands reaching out from the canvas. Well I think they’re hands and so do mice. At least that’s what they tell me!

Brilliantly done 👏👏👏

Great stance Marjorie and the hands make the mouse look so vulnerable. Challenge well met.

Super little fella, love those whiskers.

Looks like he enjoys the encounter as much as you do :)

Just magnificent.

Fab painting and brushwork and so well done Marjorie, hats off to you

Beautifully done and so cute!

Love wood mice, we have a family in our garden. This little one is very cute!

I can almost see his whiskers twitching, super painting.

He / she looks very cute and furry Marjorie. I see a few darting about in the rockery 😁

Love your little mouse !

What an engaging little creature, beautifully painted.

Many thanks everyone. I didn’t think I would but I did enjoy sketching this.

Lovely

Love it Marjorie! I see a few of these in the torchlight when I go out collecting slugs.

He / she, or someone like this little mouse, lives in the wall outside my window. Every evening it pops out… My forum challenge. Pencil and pastel.
