Look for Isaac Levitan, he has some landscapes with infinite depth like this one, that makes one feel very small. Ivan Shiskin is great too. Their trees are amazing. I don't know much more about Russian impressionists :-)

Federico, I looked up Isaac Levitan and immediately saw the similarities. Thank you for the indirect compliment, as he is clearly a master of landscape.
