I thought this might be one of yours! Lovely zingy colours, and strong impact, hope you've managed to get your nails clean!

Wow! eye-catching painting Louise, I really like the colours, nice composition too

Very vibrant and eyecatching. I have a lovely box of oil pastels but haven't done anything constructive with them yet, you've just inspired me.

Lovely deep colours.Interesting combination of media as well.

Wow what impact! It's bold, it's brave and it's beautiful!!

Fabulous, Louise! You've done well to leave out the detail in this one - the colours and shapes speak for themselves.

Your colours drew me, I'm a sucker for red! Love this dramatic abstract.

Well I never, Louise. This is amazing. :)

Very obviously yours, Louise! The unique palette, the interesting shapes and the depth - all giveaways of your signature style. Quite, quite lovely, especially the way you faded the sides of your painting. And yes, I used to work with oil pastels once, and it's a really messy medium. I usually use surgical gloves to avoid the aftermath.....

Thanks Seok. Surgical gloves? Now that's a good tip ! :)

How can anyone miss a Louise Naimian painting-- I DID.--again its brillint work------- Do not be such a kill joy-- nails look nice in oil

Many thanks Charles!

I knew I had missed some paintings when I was on holiday! This is so dramatic, fiery and very Rudolf Valentino (bet you don't remember him - my mother's heart throb!). Wonderful free blend of the mediums. I found oil pastels impossible to work with but I can see that you just went for it and weren't daunted by the difficulties. A really inventive and different work. I know a good nail salon should you need it LOl!

This is a mix of oil pastel and watercolour. I had to be quite bold with the oil pastels. It was impossible to add too much detail and my nails are a mess! :) 22 cm x 22 cm
