All are great and the Santa at the top is exactly how we feel!

Yup know that feeling! Great stuff Lew.

Three excellent drawings Lew , love the Santa , the black and white one is so well drawn Now we are going to have words why do you keep modelling me have I upset you , this time it old year out character one mistake I don’t have a beard . Thank you for the morning humour Lew I always appreciate them more in the coming year please sir.

Just brilliant Lew. A touch of the Rackhams in the exhausted Santa..the small detail eg the wood grain the hole in the shoe.

Great pictures Lew , super Santa.🙂

Christmas comes but once a year, but thankfully Lew's drawings come a couple of times every week.

Excellent drawings Lewis. Sleeping Santa at the top is my favourite. It is brilliant!

Wonderful work Lewis.

Your work is always worth looking at Lew. Really enjoy it and these are so apt for the time

All brilliant Lewis, always full of interest.

Some great drawings Lewis. I especially like the man falling, so very well drawn and, of course, Santa in need of a snooze.

Brilliant drawings Lewis. Keep them coming in 2024 now that you’ve banished 2023.

It isn’t just your characters that are brilliant Lewis, it’s the meaning and reality that you inject.

All, very good as always, Lewis! Just love the rather tired looking Santa!!

Thanks for having a look and your generous comments. A little TOO generous in Sylvia's 'a touch of the Rackhams'. He's one of my favourite artists. A genius. Thanks for the compliment anyway.

Great sketches, love the Santa!

I agree with Sylvia regarding the 'small details,' they're what I enjoy seeking out in Rackham's work just as I do with your brilliant illustrations Lewis.

Brilliant drawing, Lewis !

That’s me on the bottom left, ever since I did my stair surfing trip! If you change the hat to an I-pad, that’s me on the way down- wrong gender though. The one at the top is hubby after having to cook the Xmas dinner for his invalid wife. I for one will be glad to see the end of 2023! Thank you for entertaining me though!

Simply superb Lewis.

Thanks again for taking the trouble to comment. Sorry to hear about your fall Linda, hope you're well soon, although you sound pretty chipper about it.

The top pic is so typical of many of how we feel after all the Christmas glut Lewis. Wonderful characters.

These are all fantastic Lewis, can relate to all of them

I am always glad when it al over, and into the new year. Have good 2024 Lewis.

So funny and apt at this time of the year, fabulous drawing and characteristics with narrative that makes us laugh! I love your Santa and hope he has recovered his feat (feet! a pun if that's what they call it these days,,very punny hee hee! 😄 Happy New Year!

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
