Lovely drawings Lewis 💖

4 wonderful memories Lewis

Good memories. Good stories and good drawings to match

All four are superb reminders of how thing were and beautifully drawn Lew. I couldn’t choose a favourite s they all appeal for different reasons.

Wonderful drawings Lewis, great collection.

Great memories Lew, and how the world has changed! I remember being taken to the Charing Cross Lyon’s Corner House when visiting my aunt who lived in London. I may have seen you there! 🤣

Thanks for your generous comments. Yes Tessa, we went to the Charing Cross Lyons several times. A new experience for me at that age. It was nice and couldn't have been expensive or poor old Dad wouldn't have been able to afford it.

Super selection. Like the dodgey bloke who is not wearing bowler hats and his companion. I went to Lyon's Corner House Charing Cross once, many years ago. And to think I may have sat in the same seat as Lew!

Super pictures Lew ,it was a different time then, but sometimes I think a better one. 😌

Beautifully illustrated as always Lewis and so evocative, a time that seems so alien to today.

Happy days Lewis? Wonderful drawings once again.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane Lewis. Such nostalgic caricatures and of course beautiful achieved. So different to today, when you have to have your technology in tow and the whole world knows where you are.

Excellent Lewis.

A very enjoyable look back in time, Lewis!

I’ve enjoyed the trip down your memory lane Lewis. Wonderful illustration to accompany your memories.

😉 an enjoyable story!

Superb, drawing and really meaningful memories

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
