Such fun, bet your art class is good fun too

Super fun painting Lewis. Glad you got to your art class.

An explosion with two waves meeting! Well portrayed Lew. Love the colourful fish. Lovely to get out in different surroundings with like minded people again isn’t it? Looks great fun..

This is fun, Lewis, a lovely colourful painting - I especially like the fish!

Excellent painting Lew and I’m so pleased you had some time out , it important to have a break. Excellent figures and bright colours are nice to see at this time of year .

That truly is a 'Bigger Splash'.

Nothing you do can be less than fun and brilliant artwork Lew. Another cracker.

Well done Lewis, love the fish!

So much fun Lewis. Glad you’re able to get out there for a change. Hope all goes well at home.

Brilliant. Fish look cool. Fab as always.😁 Best of luck at home and great you got some time out.

Thanks to everybody for your generous comments.

Great colourful splash- wonder what made it? Great fun and good for you getting some time for yourself- so important.

Great feeling to get out beyond the four walls and feel relaxed that all is well at home.

Fun is the word Lewis. As previously said super fish !

So imaginative Lewis, how do you do it?

Glad to see you had fun. Great painting!

Thanks again to all for your comments. Given the subject, Christine, I didn't give much thought to what caused the splash. Maybe some fat-cat in his air balloon dropped his wallet.

A lot of fun in this Lewis. Great for you to get back to your art class

This is great fun and I hope you enjoyed your time out.

I finally got to visit my art club. My daughter-in-law looked after my wife. My daughter works some of the time from home (a covid development), so she can work from our place. Great. Not every week, but something is better than nothing. The set subject was 'SPLASH'. Most of them were dribbling poster paint onto paper on the floor..a la Jackson Pollock. Looked great fun. Not a lot of time for this. Nice to get out. A3 sketchbook, watercolour and pen. Hurried...this is my impressionist mode (!?)

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
