Your imagined people are so varied, and brilliantly drawn, Lewis!

What wonderful characters, Lewis. I especially like the top right hand one - her facial expression is superb!!

All four are superb and beautifully drawn .

I love all 4 and I like the top right best

So imaginative and beautifully drawn - all wonderful but the smiler made me chuckle!

Great characters, hard to choose a favourite but I think the manic king (prince?) just edges it.

Hard to choose, all brilliant characters, like the ugly sisters.

A good-looking foursome, Lewis.

Four great drawings Lewis.

Your drawings are brilliant Lewis- what an array of different characters. Hard to choose a favourite but wouldn’t like to meet the king with that look in his eyes!

Thanks very much for your comments, always encouraging and much appreciated.

I wonder how many of your characters there have been, Lew, Hundreds I suspect! How do you continue to find new ones? 😵‍💫

They are wonderful Lewis. The bottom right is surely my old technical college tutor, the very absent minded Professor Brown.

Love the top right hand one, with her wonderful outfit and confidence. I also love the variety of the other characters Lewis.

Well I like them all Lewis, brilliant.

Love these four characters so funny, your work always makes me smile Lew.

I love this - bottom left reminds me of the late Prof Mick Aston from Time Team; and I have a friend who could easily have inspired top right!!

Didn't know what to draw. Looked through a 10 year old sketchbook and redrew some old pencil sketches in ink, taking a little more care. I like the top left best. The sketch was noted as the 'ugly sisters', must have had a Cinderella pic in mind. It never happened.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
