Enough to give you vertigo. Splendid.

Great Lew, brilliant detailed pen work and vivid colours.

This calls for a super hero to zoom in Lewis. You have done the hair just right as it flows to the dragon and the dragon back to the maiden in distress. Keeping the eye in the picture. Super colouring as well. Better than those puzzles in my view.

Fantastic Lewis. You must get lots of nightmares.

I know this story Lew. She glares at the dragon and says, "Do you know who I am? I'm me, so go and get the cave cleaned up. I'm off out with the girls!" And the dragon shuffles meekly away...(-: Great drawing and imagination as ever.

Good one Lew. I love the way the rock follows the shape of the monsters head.

Thanks to all for your kind remarks and feedback.

You are SO good at this, Lewis! Keep them coming!

She’ll catch her death up there....one way or another. Excellent Lewis.

great work lewis, like Vals comment, I thought she was standing on a stone alligators head.

Thanks again to all those who've added their comments...much appreciated. Val and Alan, now you've mentioned it I suppose the ledge does look like a alligator. Unintended, it's just supposed to be an unsafe slab.

I posted a pic called 'In a tight spot' a couple of weeks ago. It's a title that can spark many interpretations. The 'maiden and the monster' is a popular subject in both classical and fantasy art...so I thought I'd give it a shot. A2, mixed media.
