Exmoor Ponies

The end result is a triumph Katy, especially with what you had to work from.

Fantastic Katy, love their expressions.

Your perseverance has paid off Katy. You’ve created a seamless pairing of the two ponies, and with a back story in the painting of their journey from wild.....I won’t say to tame but rather, not so wild.

Lovely ponies, lovely drawing.

It's lovely Katy.

Super. really good

You have caught the character of these lovely horses so well Katy, well painted.

This is very special in the way you have expressed so strongly, the characters of the horses. Excellent work Katy.

Unmistakably Exmoor ponies! Lovely work

Thank you everyone for the fab comments, I did struggle with this for a while and only had a vague idea of what I wanted but am pleased with the result. Just a wee bit of tidying to do now.

Nicely done, Katy. I'm sure your friend must be pleased!

Attempting to show the different characters with the wild one looking in from the moor and the tame one in a field, two pictures linked together.
