Wow's the word...what an action picture. Love the rather nonchalant gull on the rocks.

It’s always satisfying when you finally finish something that you didn’t think would ever get there. I think this was well worth persevering with Katy. There is a powerful motion in the wave and as Tessa mentioned the light at the tip of the wave is super. Love the additions also!

Thanks for great feedback! I don’t t think I can take too much credit for the light and movement other than faithfully following a tutorial and Lewis, in hindsight I think the gull may be a tad too nonchalant🤔🤣!

That’s some wave Katy. The gull seems totally unaware but they are very clever at getting out of the way at the last nano second. I like the colours and the foreground directional brushstrokes, giving animation to the painting.
