A fanciful imagining of a 1920's, "Jazz Age", street scene outside the famous Cotton Club - performance home of some of the great jazz players and bands of that era. Concocted from a number of old black and white publicity shots of the nightclub, plus some imagined figures. Also a chance to portray the lovely old taxis of that time - still without any rear lights ! Acrylic on canvasboard. 30inches x 20 inches.
