A lovely piece, with the pristine shape of the portrait set off against a beautifully illustrated backdrop. It's beautifully done.

This is charming - lovely colours.

Your gallery is full of really well designed work Jenny. Compositions are always spot on and the colours sing.

George, thank you so much for your kind comments, they are really appreciated. I still post my work quite tentatively not knowing what, if any, reaction I'll get, so it's really encouraging to get such positive feedback.

Very interesting use of colour and design. I like this vey much!!!!

Beautiful combination of form and colour

Nancy, thank you so much for your comments on some of my other paintings, it's really appreciated. The Scottish Colourist was J.D. Fergusson. I really like his style, especially the way he outlined a lot of his subjects.
