Nice work Graham, i think the figures add interest to the painting, considering you don't normally add figures, they work very well and are full of movement.

Beautifully fresh and light filled painting, Graham. I have painted several scenes from this area and understand it's attraction as a subject. Those white houses with the subtle colours in the roofs are charming and the boat and little figures in the foreground are a lovely detail.
